Weight=206 : Sugar=107
Author: David / Category: UncategorizedI shouldn’t be so long between fatblog updates. I will try to keep to a more weekly update schedule. Well as you can see I haven’t budged at all on the weight. I am just where I was two weeks ago. On the sugar front, however, I am doing fantastic. I am supposed to keep below 120 and I’m easily within that target.
My challenge remains weight. I have not hit the exercise as much as I need, although I get two very good workouts every week with my karate training. Clearly I need more. The diet is not half bad, but I have never had a huge problem there. My biggest diet problem continues to be breakfast. It’s just so damm easy to get an Egg McMuffin on the way to work and yes I eat the hash brown.
I have the typical diabetic round belly and I hate it. Any particular workout tips for this would be greatly appreciated. As usual, I just have to flat out work harder.
